It all began September 11, 1999.

Pauline Graduated from Fifi’s School of Pet Grooming with a Diploma of Excellence in Advanced Pet Grooming, along with the Student Recognition Award.

In her first full year, Pauline won the Best Around Groomer, awarded by the Daytona Beach News-Journal. This continued for 3 years. With her waiting list growing to two years, she had to ask clients to stop voting for her.

Pauline, throughout her career, has won mutiple times, Best Around Groomer, by the Daytona Beach News-Journal, Home Town News, and Angies List's Super Service Award.
